Relay for Life Event 2010
The 2010 Relay for Life event will be held from noon on Friday, June 18th to noon on Saturday, June 19th at Pitt-Bradford.
The Pitt Crew will be present in the food court, once again selling soft pretzels with cheese from noon on Friday until we run out sometime Friday night. And other teams will have a wide variety of food items for sale to benefit the American Cancer Society.
So come have lunch with us and enjoy the Relay festivities!
Donnie will also be on hand to defend his title as Miss Relay ... any donations you give him during the parade on Thursday evening or during the Relay for Life event count as votes for him in the 2010 Miss Relay competition.
The theme this year is cities, and we'll be representing Pittsburgh with lots of Pitt attire and decorations! Come join the fun!
Relay for Life Parade
There will be a parade Thursday, June 17th starting at 5 PM that will travel down Main Street (from Tops to the Emery Towers), to West Washington Street, and up Interstate Parkway (to the High School).
Donnie will be riding on the back of an antique fire truck as our 2010 Miss Relay candidate (and the 2009 Miss Relay winner) along with the Pitt Panther and members of the campus community.

November 2009 Change Wars Results
Our November 2009 Change Wars was a very successful fundraiser, especially for our first fundraiser of the year (for the 2010 Relay for Life), and the Pitt Crew Relay for Life Team greatly appreciates the generosity of the Pitt-Bradford campus in donating so much spare change to the cause!
In total we were able to raise over $285 for the American Cancer Society!
